IRAQI cartoon...

Mentioned last week that I would soon post a cartoon from an Iraqi paper in 2004, as you see below. The fat man is a US-Iraqi composite of the average Chalabi-type, and the skinny man is one of the millions of unemployed workers that the reconstruction funding has not reached. The caption reads:
