WADA correction for crystelZENmud links

ZENmud Central just received word (ANON: thank you very much) that the links provided to the crystelZENmud WADA Questionnaire were not functioning due to an extra "/" after the code ".html"...

Sincere apologies to those who've tried them without success: hopefully you were able to catch the error without this notice of correction.
